Product Description
Chrysan® AW Hydraulic Oil Chrysan Hydraulic Oil contains a zinc/phosphorus anti-wear additive which minimizes wear in high-speed, high pressure vane, gear, and piston pumps. This oil is formulated for use in industrial hydraulic systems. Meets or exceeds GM LS-2, Denison HF-0, Eaton/Vickers M-2950-S, I-286-S, ANFOR NFE 48-603, DIN 51524 Part II, US Steel 136, 127, Sauer-Sunstrand, Cincinnati Macine P-68, P-69, P-70 (app. Viscosity grades).
Available in ISO 22, 32, 46, 68, 100 and 150 grades.
Chrysan® EP Gear Oil Chrysan Gear Oil is a high quality extreme pressure oil that increases the life of a unit under heavily loaded or shock loaded service conditions. This oil is formulated for use in all types of gear sets with the exception of those with built-in variable speed friction drives. Meets or exceeds US Steel 224 and AGMA 9005-D94.
Available in ISO 32, 68, 100, 150, 220, 320, 460 and 680 grades.
Chrysan® HD Circulating Oil Chrysan HD Circulating Oil is a premium, high viscosity back-up roller bearing oil recommended for the lubrication of oil-film bearings on back-up rolls in metal rolling mills, especially those subject to heavy water contamination. Meets or exceeds MORGOIL® Advanced Bearing Lubricants, US Steel 135 and ARMCO Circulating Oil.
Available in ISO 150, 220, 320, 400, 460 and 680 grades.
Chrysan® R&O Turbine Oil Chrysan Turbine Oil is formulated to meet the demands of gas, steam, and hydroelectric turbine bearing lubrication; lubrication of reduction gears in marine operations. Meets or exceeds Alstom Power HTGD90 117 V0001R, General Electric GEK 28143A, Cincinnati Machine P-39, P-55, Siemens TLV 9013 04/01 and ASTM D 0304, British Standard 489.
Available in 22, 32, 46, 68, 100, 150, 220, 320 and 460 grades.
Chrysan® Way Lube Chrysan Way Oil contains friction modifiers which decrease the machine chatter that is associated with the stick-slip phenomena of slow moving, heavily loaded machine parts. This oil is formulated for use in the slide ways of planers, grinders, slotters, air line lubricant for pneumatic equipment, horizontal boring machines, shapers, jig borers and milling machines. Meets or exceeds Cincinnati Machine (app. Viscosity grades) P47 and P50.
Available in ISO 32, 46, 68, 100, 150 and 220 grades.
Chrysan® Spindle Oil Chrysan Spindle Oil is formulated for use in high speed spindle applications that have a light to moderate load and require such properties as heat dissipation as well as rust and oxidation inhibition.
Available in ISO 22, 32, 46, 68 & 100 viscosity grades.
