Quality Statement:
Chrysan Industries, Inc. is committed to the continuous improvement of quality products and services to fully satisfy or exceed the customer's expectations.

The quality manual establishes procedures that all employees must follow in order to ensure that Chrysan's quality commitment is met. It is the responsibility of the Quality Manager (Management Representative), appointed by Chrysan's President, to ensure that all employees are properly trained and knowledgeable of the contents of the quality manual. It is the responsibility of the supervisors (or area managers) to ensure that their departments continuously operate in accordance with these procedures.
